Delivery Information
The delivery charge for orders placed with MG Hygiene and delivered to Ireland addresses is free. There maybe a charge for deliveries to Norther Ireland.
- Stock items: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are generally delivered on the next working day.
- Non-stock items: Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.
- Free delivery is available on orders over €150 plus VAT. (Includes Northern Ireland).
Please note that we do not normally deliver outside Ireland/NI. Customers located overseas are welcome to contact us for further information regarding delivery options and charges.
Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing MG Hygiene.
All products are supplied in good faith and are suitable for the purposes described on our website. Upon acceptance of the goods, the customer acknowledges that the products are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
We recognise that there may be occasions when you need to return an item and have outlined our returns procedure below.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Arrival
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of receipt.
Once the goods have been returned and the fault has been verified, we will arrange a full refund.
Goods Developing a Fault During the Guarantee Period
If a fault develops after delivery and more than 28 days have passed since receipt, you may be entitled to a repair under the manufacturer's guarantee, provided the product remains within its warranty period.
In some cases, manufacturers offer dedicated telephone support or on-site service arrangements. Where available, we recommend using these services to ensure the quickest resolution.
Returns for Non-Faulty Goods
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with the applicable distance selling regulations, provided that:
- You notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- The goods remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- The goods are returned within 28 days of notifying us of your intention to return them.
- Return postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods, less a 25% restocking charge.
Cancellation of Services
Once the delivery process has commenced, any services already carried out by MG Hygiene, including postage and packaging services, cannot be cancelled and the associated charges will remain payable.
